An Ayurvedic Approach to Tending the Mind Kripalu School of Ayurveda PACE

We’re living in a time of constant stress and distraction, which can leave us depleted—not just physically, but also mentally. Luckily, Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, offers a time-honored toolkit—including diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies—that takes into account the whole being, helping to foster a peaceful mind by also cultivating a balanced body and a harmonious heart.

This program, led by renowned Ayurvedic doctor Partap Chauhan, is designed for Ayurvedic Health Counselors eager to explore how Ayurveda addresses—and combats—the root causes of depression, anxiety, stress, and addictions, and more. Lively, engaging, and fascinating, this program features lectures on the nature of the mind, as well as herbal-preparation demonstrations, practice sessions, and a review of clinical case studies that can help guide you and your clients back balance.

Prerequisite Ayurvedic Health Counselor certification or equivalent.

Note This program qualifies for 28 Professional Ayurvedic Continuing Education (PACE) credits through the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.
