Kripalu School of Ayurveda faculty invite you to explore the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda—and discover how they work together for overall well-being—in an immersion focused on seasonal cleansing practices that enliven the senses and clear out mental clutter. In this program, you

  • Establish rhythms that nourish the nervous system
  • Develop nourishing food plans and learn delicious recipes that boost digestive strength
  • Partake in cooking demonstrations with hands-on participation
  • Utilize nature for meditation experiences
  • Practice cleansing the senses
  • Dive into creative projects and vision boarding.
