Expand your Ayurvedic practice by developing the skills you need to support a mother-to-be in this insightful training with women’s health specialist Rosy Mann. Rosy offers expertise on how to tend to a pregnant client’s health during each trimester with diet and lifestyle recommendations, rasayanas, and herbal preparations culled from classical Ayurvedic texts.

In this program, you learn

  • How to create an optimal environment for a sattvic conception and pregnancy
  • A 40-day Ayurvedic postpartum care regimen
  • Postpartum herbalized regimens and recipes
  • Basic Ayurvedic care for the baby at time of delivery.

Prerequisite Certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor or above.

Note This program is eligible for 32 NAMA PACE credits.
