Join Kate O’Donnell, the author of three Ayurveda cookbooks, in her home kitchen this transitional spring season. Cook alongside Kate as she teaches the Ayurvedic approach to food philosophy and the practice of the balance between detoxification and nourishment. And did we mention, it’s delicious?

Through live cooking demos, Q&A, and group discussion, explore

  • How to create green soups and juices, hot breakfasts, healthy treats, and digestive aids
  • The flavors and medicinal qualities of the spring diet
  • How to prepare and cook specific mindful recipes
  • An introduction to Ayurvedic philosophy and lifestyle techniques for the spring season.

Whether you are interested in learning about Ayurvedic cooking for the first time or a practiced yogi looking to understand Ayurveda's perspective on the transition from winter diet to spring diet, this live program shares practical ways to infuse your life with Ayurvedic wisdom.

Note Recipes and ingredient lists will be provided prior to the first session to allow cooking alongside Kate. You will have access to the three recorded sessions for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
