Ayurvedic Summer Cooking

Honoring the Ayurvedic approach to nutrition can often be difficult in the hot summer months. In this program, lead by Ayurvedic expert Kate O'Donnell, learn how to prepare foods that balance heat and the wisdom behind this nutrition philosophy.

Join Kate via Zoom in her home kitchen and learn recipes cooking the delicious bitter, astringent, naturally sweet, and refreshing foods abundant in the summer season. Through guided instruction learn to make light, yet satisfying grain and legume dishes, easy soups, summer spices, fruits, and vegetables, and refreshing drinks (even a summer mocktail!) that

  • Manage rising temperatures
  • Keep skin healthy and clear
  • Calm acid indegestion
  • Reduce inflammation.

Before the program begins, registered participants will receive a shopping list and all recipes.

Note You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
