Becoming Who You Are at Any Age

For all; no yoga experience needed.

To become who we truly are, we must begin by letting go of who we are not. Only then can we own the wise, powerful life-force that is our birthright. It takes courage. It is a process. And it begins in the body. We must meet ourselves in places where we hold on fiercely to old trauma and pain, a tension that diminishes our potential radiance and wisdom.

In this program with beloved yogini Angela Farmer, we start unwinding and letting go with a beautiful, internal body-meditation that includes breath and movement. With slow asana and simple movements, we can find where and how to create space in our joints and then move into and fill those spaces with energy and presence.

By discovering our roots and their directions, accessing the power in our back body, and using images and personal exploration, we find our interconnectedness with all life. This practice begins with stability at any age, offering a way to live fully as a source of love and wisdom becoming truly who we are.
