Being Still with Skill A Yoga and Meditation Immersion
- Presenter: Rolf Gates
- Presenter: Anne Cushman
- Presenter: Pascal Auclair
For people with min. 6 months of yoga experience; no meditation experience required.
Take this opportunity to get still and listen intently. Yoga offers a set of skills that, when practiced regularly, awakens your innate ability to become quiet, to tune into the nature of life moving through you, and to live with freedom and joy. This is what is meant by being “still with skill.”
Begin with body and breath, and progressively expand your awareness until you find yourself able to hold life the way the sky holds the weather. Learn the difference between hearing the wind move through the trees, and listening so closely that you begin to understand the nature of wind. Together we use the traditional methods of asana, pranayama, and meditation, followed by silent integration, to guide you in growing still, inside and out.
