How do you recover emotional equilibrium and cultivate a resilience mindset to deal with any stress or uncertainty in your life? How can you bounce back from any adversity thrown your way?  

Join author, psychotherapist, and coach Linda Graham as she anchors you in practices of mindful awareness and compassionate connection. In this two-day on campus experiential workshop, develop somatic, emotional, relational, reflective, spiritual intelligence—and the mindset and skills you need to confidently and effectively cope with life’s inevitable challenges and crises. 

Through experiential exercises, guided meditations, discussions, and more, you will 

  • Strengthen your self-awareness and self-acceptance 
  • Manage difficult emotions and cultivate positive emotional resources
  • Reverse the impacts of stress and trauma 
  • Create healthy relationships boundaries 
  • Discern options and make wise choices.
