Discover the power of your breath to tone your core and align your posture from the inside out. Michaelle Edwards, creator of YogAlign and FitAlign posture trainings, has been teaching for more than two decades, employing a teaching style that is experiential, educational, and fun.

Breathing affects every system in the body and can help you restore balance in not just the respiratory system, but also the cardiovascular, nervous, endocrine, lymph, immune, and digestive systems. It can also strengthen upright posture, which can lead to a reduction in chronic pain. Come learn how to use the breath to tone your trunk muscles, which can then better support spine and joint stability, helping restore balance and agility in your movement. Focused breathing can also help to rewire the brain’s innate software for movement, creating better neuromuscular patterns, elevate mood, and increase body perception in daily life.

This program uses comfortable, functional exercises and body positions that are safe, easy to do, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
