Camp Kula Winter Weekend Retreat

For yoga students who have practiced regularly for at least 2 years and yoga teachers of all styles.

Camp Kula, a popular weeklong summer program at Kripalu, is now a winter weekend retreat! At Camp Kula, you can expect daily Kula Flow classes and an eclectic mix of yogic studies—from bandha and pranayama practice to mantra and the chakra system. There will also be free time to relax in the sauna, explore the Kripalu grounds, and take in the Berkshire views.

Kula Yoga is a vigorous, highly creative form of vinyasa that seamlessly blends attention to alignment with the steady metronome of the breath, and also includes the esoteric teachings of yoga, which have so much to offer. The result is an intelligent, ecstatic moving meditation. Nikki Vilella and Erin Dudley love bringing this intensive to Kripalu to help dedicated practitioners and teachers alike dive deeper, on the physical and metaphysical levels.

Expect to laugh, learn, and float back home, with your body, mind, and spirit soaring.
