Take yoga’s benefits off the mat as you learn new ways to access harmony in your mind, body, and heart. This weekend of core teachings with Elena Brower is inspired by Katonah Yoga, ParaYoga, and Kundalini Yoga, with a strong emphasis on asana.

To complement your posture practice, Elena offers meditations with movement, mudra, and mantra, techniques that can be powerful additions to your daily practice, especially in times of need. Each session also includes meditation, contemplation, and kriyas (complete actions). Experience how your practice can become a source of harmony in your home and relationships.
