Connect to your Creativity A Yoga and Creative Expression Retreat

ACTIVATE & NURTURE YOUR INNER ARTIST

"Those who flow as life flows know they need no other force." –Lao Tzu

Do you love yoga, movement, and creativity? Are you looking for ways to channel more creative energy in your life? Movement, yoga, sound, and meditation can help us create space in our bodies and mind in order to more easily reconnect to our creativity. Explore the intersection between yoga and creativity in this unique on campus program presented by Yoga+ Magazine.

Through yoga, dance, meditation, and more, you will

  • Create art with your body through asana and dance
  • Engage in art-inspired yoga classes and writing sessions
  • Expand your mind with art-based meditations
  • Find space for your creativity to expand.

The weekend kicks off with a yoga class followed by a brief introductory panel with all program presenters. Art work will be on display digitally throughout the sessions.
