Contemplating the Dark And Light Layers of Yin A Yoga And Meditation Retreat

SLOW DOWN & RESTORE YOUR ENERGY

The end of summer is a transitional time to go within. It's a time to connect with contemplative practices that slow down and balance the activity and excitement of summer.

Join Kiesha Battles, Candace Jennings, and Raudhah Rahman for a retreat that shares yoga practices to support you during any season of life. Through Yin Yoga, meditation, self-study, writing, and more, you will

  • Hold shapes, time, and your thoughts.
  • Explore how Yin Yoga and meditation can generously peel back the layers of our conditioning.
  • Investigate sensations felt, and how they can guide you to better understand the way you move in the spaces you occupy.

Take the time to go within the dark and light of Yin.
