Ayurveda teaches us that true nourishment is determined by what we eat, how we eat, and when we eat. Join us for an immersion designed to introduce you to the benefits of mindful cooking and eating. This program offers nutritional insights from Ayurveda, as well as interactive cooking demonstrations and supportive self-care practices that not only promote healthy digestion but also a happy heart and mind.
