Ayurveda teaches us that true nourishment is determined by what, how, and when we eat, and that each season offers a time to find balance and health. Lauren Gernady is the Academic Coordinator of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and a 500-hour Kripalu Yoga teacher.
