Creative Kundalini Yoga Retreat

For all levels, including beginners in yoga and/or art.

Access inner worlds and open to subtle realms of healing and support as you discover your guiding creativity. Through yoga, meditation, dance, and art-making, you enhance your intuition, experience the wisdom within you, and move into the new year with fresh awareness.

Each session of this retreat begins with Kundalini Yoga, a potent form of yoga accessible to everyone. Postures and breathing exercises awaken the body’s natural vitality, release stress, and prepare the mind and body for meditation. You transition from meditation to making artwork, using a variety of water-based paints, writing, or movement to live music.

This year, instead of setting resolutions, discover them rising from the depths of your soul. Return home with completed artwork, yoga routines, and meditations for home practice.

Note Tuition includes art supplies. This program includes optional japji at 6:00 am, yoga at 6:30 am, and chanting meditation from 7:30–8:15 am.
