CHART A COURSE TO YOUR HEALING
How do we build wisdom? How can you share your wisdom with others? These are just some of the central questions you will be exploring in this four-week online workshop series with yoga teacher and musician Nichol Chase and guest teachers Dr. Daniel Siegel, Wah!, and Arawana Hayashi.
Join these powerful teachers as they guide you through the wisdom building map framework—the aim of which is to create a sonic, somatic, and superconscious sanctuary for learning and healing. Through music, movement, and mindfulness, you will
- Engage in practices of individual, relational, and collective healing
- Develop inner resources that help you face challenges skillfully
- Access the components of your inner strength and resilience
- Cultivate healthy responses to stressors.
The wisdom building map framework encompasses both theory and practice for healing-centered pedagogy, opening the way for you to access the components of your inner strength and resilience.
Note Class recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the video recording(s), as well as an email address for questions, for 30 days after the program ends.
