Cultivating Meaning and Happiness Through Mindfulness and Yoga

For all levels.

Learn to dis-identify with the mental chatter in your head and cultivate equanimity so you can make healthy decisions and create loving, positive, secure, and supportive relationships with other people. Ira Israel teaches you to transcend the blunt tools you may have developed over the years—such as negative self-talk, overreactions, judgments, facades, or passive-aggressive behavior— and replace them with the precise tools of yoga, meditation, authentic communication, balanced lifestyle, and a commitment to personal integrity.

In a program that includes all-level vinyasa flow and restorative yoga classes, you learn how to

  • Use mindfulness meditations to nurture non-reactivity, reduce drama, and de-escalate conflicts
  • Determine your long-term goals and the skills you need to cultivate in order to realize those goals
  • Replace resentment with gratitude and forgiveness.

Come explore specific practices that encourage more meaning, happiness, and authenticity in your life.
