Dance is one of the world’s most ancient, transformative rituals. From the whirling dervishes to the Shakers, the waltz to the rave, we dance for joy, cleansing, and clarity—guided by an intuitive wisdom that transcends our thinking brain.

Following the lead of your body and breath, come explore ecstatic movement and deep stillness in this program, where you learn to

  • Feel fully present in your body
  • Cleanse from your core to your pores
  • Free and refresh your mind
  • Trust your body’s innate wisdom to heal and guide you.

Through an alchemical combination of movement, relaxation, and moving meditation, you energize your relationship to self, work, and dharma. No dance experience is required—just a willingness to let yourself sweat, let go of limitations, and discover a deep sense of renewal in a supportive community of celebrants.
