CELEBRATE YOURSELF

Our bodies are magic! Made to dance, support, and move us along on life’s journey. Yet we can often take our body for granted and ignore its needs, or try to pressure ourselves to fit into someone else’s mold. Join somatic therapists and Kripalu faculty members Sage Brody and Heather Bilotta for a week of self-expression and self-care. Through dance, movement, mindfulness, and more, you will experience

  • Shake Your Soul® dance and creative movement explorations 
  • Deep relaxation through yoga nidra and meditation 
  • Mindful outdoor experiences including hiking, qigong, and sit spot meditations
