Want to deepen your yoga practice? Join one of Kripalu's most experienced and popular teachers Michelle Dalbec and explore how your practice can go deeper by weaving in the yoga beyond the postures. 

You will experience 

  • Daily yoga, meditation, and pranayama classes in small-group settings

Note This program is a great option for anyone looking to build upon their current practice and bring home new tools for a healthier lifestyle. It is suitable for all levels, however, a minimum of six months yoga practice is required.
