Detox and Refuge: Healing the Collective

True healing is a process of both detoxification and refuge. In order to transform, we must investigate the ways in which we are conditioned and understand what needs to shift within ourselves, our institutions, and our culture.

Join authors, activism leaders, and yoga teachers Michelle Cassandra Johnson and Kerri Kelly for a transformative program on the beautiful Kripalu campus. Through an immersive experience that includes meditation, asana, reflection, pranayama, discussions, and journaling, you will explore

  • Cultural trauma, and individual, interpersonal, and collective grief
  • Why it's important to acknowledge your grief and your community's collective resilience
  • Ways to create space and uncover what you must detox in order to find refuge.

Journey into the depths of your healing. Make space for your grief and create spaces of refuge so you can find your way to freedom.

Note While not required, it is recommended to bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing.
