Detoxification is a natural process supported by making choices to enhance your body’s resilience, while minimizing the burden from stress, poor diet, and the environment.

In this multidimensional approach to cleansing, you learn

  • A simple, nutritionally balanced detox diet
  • How to recognize and address common causes of stress that can impact digestion and vitality
  • Ways to clear unhelpful mental patterns, realign with the rhythms of nature, and explore conscious communication
  • How to create a sustainable detox kitchen with culinary nutrition tips
  • Yoga on and off the mat to assist the detox process
  • Strategies and practices for emotional detox
  • The health possibilities and controversies of detoxing.

Headaches, fatigue, cravings, digestive or skin problems, and aches and pains are often improved with an integrated detox program.
