What does it mean to be a gritty woman? Caroline Adams Miller and Jen Welter are paragons of grit. Caroline a best-selling author and survivor of bulimia, is a pioneer in the fields of goal-setting, accomplishment, grit, and happiness. Jen broke a nearly impossible barrier in the history of modern-day sports as the first female to coach in the NFL, and was the first woman to play running back and coach in men’s professional indoor football.

They team up in this program to teach you how to

Jen Welter, PhD, is the first female to coach in the NFL. In 2015, she served as a linebackers coach for the Arizona Cardinals, breaking a nearly impossible barrier in the history of modern-day sports.
