Through the guidance of Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra—a gentle yoga practice that requires nothing but to lie down and listen—experience a natural shift in your nervous system into the parasympathetic relaxation mode. Week One Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Basics 
Learn the basics of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, the possible effects and results, and how to get the most out of each practice. Then you’ll be guided in an extended Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra meditation focusing on connection to your physical body and breath. 

Week Two Discovering Your Heart’s Longing Intention 
One of the most important parts in Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is the Heart’s Longing Intention. Find out how to access your deepest longing and learn how your intention can help you to stay connected in life to what is important for you. You’ll be guided in an extended Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra meditation aimed at cultivating connection with your heart.  

Week Three Reaching Your Healing State 
Understand how Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra shifts you into your healing mode, supporting optimum health and wellness. You’ll be guided in an extended Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra meditation to awaken healing energies within. 

Week Four The Potency of Nature and the Five Elements 
Find out more about the Five Elements and how nature is essential to the harmony of body, energy, mind, and heart. You’ll be guided in an extended Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra meditation diving into nature and the Five Elements. 

Note There will be an optional Q&A and community sharing after all sessions. Please have available a blanket, pillows, bolsters or cushions, and optional eye covering for all sessions. 

Note You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
