Yoga practice with the support of a chair can be surprisingly deep and effective. Developed over 30 years of teaching gentle yoga classes, Dynamic Gentle Chair Yoga sheds a new light on what’s possible in your practice. Come learn​

  • Short sequences to loosen the entire body in a regular personal practice
  • How to support the hips and spine and reduce the ill effects of sitting
  • Seated stretches you can do in your office or public places
  • Meditation techniques to strengthen concentration and steady the mind.

Return home with an array of simple practices that create ease in five minutes or less. This approach has been found to relieve low-back pain, increase flexibility, relieve chronic stress patterns, calm anxiety, brighten your mood, and reestablish joy and interconnectedness.
