An Embodied Mind Immersion Integrating Mindfulness and Asana for Practice and Teaching

For everyone, including yoga teachers, mindfulness facilitators and clinicians.

Immerse yourself in mindfulness and meditation from the Buddhist tradition, integrated seamlessly with yoga as a vehicle for embodied awareness. This program begins with a foundation of compassion and kindness for oneself and others, -then explores mindfulness through the body, mind, and emotions.

Jill Satterfield uses mind, body, and breath practices, coupled with silence, reflection, and dialogue. Come explore internal awareness for self-regulation, ease of being, and prevention of burnout; postures for teaching compassion; and the psychology of breath.
