This program offers an embodied experience of forgiving past hurts and harms. Using yoga, meditation, prayer, small group exercises, dyad listening and sharing, inner child work, and journaling, Melody Moore helps you develop self-compassion and forgiveness for others.

Embrace a new understanding of how your greatest wounds are also your most powerful gifts. If shame, anger, or resentment holds you back from becoming who you long to be, you can learn to access open-heartedness and self-acceptance, now and into the future.
