Embodying the Five Elements Through Yoga

For yoga teachers and practitioners with min. 6 months experience.

Learn to balance the five elements within you: earth, water, fire, air, and sky. Ashaya Yoga® brings about a flowing integration of all five elements that leaves you feeling strong, confident, peaceful, openhearted, and ready to fully engage with life.

This program teaches you to practice a variety of asanas, using the therapeutic techniques of Ashaya Yoga. In a safe and supportive community of practitioners, you release accumulated tensions and limiting beliefs that keep your heart closed, and raise your vibration through mantra, pranayama, meditation, and kirtan.

If you feel contracted (too much earth), emotionally stressed out (too much water), unmotivated (not enough fire), anxious and fearful (too much air), or ungrounded (too much sky), this program offers a path to balance and fulfillment.
