Everyday Gratitude Inspiration and Practices for Living Life as a Gift

For everyone.

In the spirit of the Thanksgiving season, come celebrate the power of gratitude to transform your life, your relationships, and the world.

Imagine being able to feel grateful, no matter your circumstances. Imagine not having to lose—or almost lose—what you love to treasure it wholeheartedly. Imagine feeling connected to grace, awe, joy, resilience, love, and generosity more of the time—even when times are hard. Imagine being in touch with your blessings, gifts, and privileges, and taking none of them for granted. Imagine that gratitude can be the core inspiration for improving our lives, communities, and the world. Grateful living can support you in all of these ways, and more.

Join Kristi Nelson to enhance your capacity for celebrating the existing gifts of your life. Based on the work of Br. David Steindl-Rast, Kristi teaches that it is not happiness that makes us grateful, but gratefulness that makes us happy. Through self-reflective exercises, practices, and discussion, this weekend explores how gratitude can be a proactive approach to every moment, not simply a reaction to certain moments. The program is an opportunity to experience the power of gratefulness as the gratitude that does not depend on what happens.
