Everyday Gratitude Inspiration and Practices for Living Life as a Gift

For everyone.

It is not happiness that makes us grateful, but gratefulness that makes us happy. Come embrace and treasure the existing “great fullness” of your life, learn to better appreciate your blessings, and enhance your capacity to live with grateful presence, perspective, and a sense of possibility every day.

Based on the work of Br. David Steindl-Rast, this program offers inspiring presentations, self-reflective exercises, meditation, experiential practices, poetry, and discussion in a nourishing weekend of learning, connection, and self-care. Working alone and in small groups, you explore

  • Gratefulness as a proactive approach to every moment
  • Ways to access a more unconditional experience of love, joy, and belonging
  • How to bring a grateful orientation to the mind and body
  • The ways you inhabit your life and the larger world.
