Are you ready to realign yourself with the rhythms of nature? Join Kripalu faculty and creator of Five Element Yoga® Jennifer Reis for this special mini-retreat. 

Five Element Yoga® invites you to celebrate with yoga postures, balance your energy with breathing and mudras, detoxify with self-massage, and find deep rest with yoga nidra. Drawing from the traditions of yoga, Ayurveda, and traditional Chinese wisdom, Five Element Yoga is designed to help each person find their natural rhythms for greater harmony and inner balance. Earth, water, fire, air, and ether are the archetypal building blocks of our bodies and energy. This multifaceted inquiry allows the essence of your elements to flower from within.

Through yoga, breathwork, mudras, you will

  • Nourish your whole being with joyous movement and deep relaxation  
  • Free tensions into flowing energy
  • Develop the elemental qualities of presence, flow, clarity, compassion, and unity
  • Bring new tools onto your mat and into your life that cultivate inner harmony, health, peace, and potential.

Note Please have a yoga mat, cushion or pillow, and blanket ready for this program. A yoga block, strap, chair, or other props are optional.
