Foot Reflexology for Stress and Pain Relief

Learn a step-by-step routine of relaxing and healing foot reflexology techniques—and so much more. This training also teaches you how to incorporate the principles of mindfulness and the latest evidence-based psychological practices into your reflexology sessions. You also discover how to attain true contentment and peace for yourself while giving to others.

Health professionals can use these techniques in their healing arts, and everyone can learn to give footwork as a gift to others. Largely experiential, with much of the time spent either giving or receiving foot reflexology, this program teaches warm-up strokes, thumb walking, and the sequence of a full reflexology routine. Short lectures focus on how to incorporate positive psychology principles into your practice of reflexology and evidence-based, peer-reviewed studies on reflexology and contentment. Everyone is welcome, from bodywork and health professionals to beginners.
