Forgiveness

For everyone.

Imagine unconditionally forgiving yourself and others. That’s what The Work of Byron Katie can make possible in your life. The Work is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question the thoughts and judgments that cause your suffering. People who do The Work as an ongoing practice commonly report alleviation of depression, decreased stress, improved relationships, reduced anger, increased mental clarity, and more energy and peace.

Discover the thoughts that keep you from loving yourself and the people close to you. Learn how to question those thoughts and experience who you are without them. By immersing yourself in The Work you can fully embrace all of life without fear, open yourself to reality, become “a lover of what is,” and experience deeper connection and intimacy with yourself and your loved ones.

Note This program begins Sunday evening with a workshop led by senior Kripalu faculty member Jurian Hughes. This relaxing session helps you settle in to Kripalu and get grounded in body and heart, in preparation for Byron Katie’s intensive workshop beginning Monday morning.
