Forrest Yoga Festival

Forrest Yoga is a healing, all-levels practice created by Ana Forrest that rests on the pillars of breath, strength, integrity, and spirit. Experience fun and invigorating asana workshops and master classes with Forrest Yoga Guardians and top Forrest Yoga teachers.

Each morning of this special event features asana practice cotaught by two leaders. In the afternoons, enjoy restful and revelatory workshops on

  • Restorative Forrest Yoga
  • Forrest Yoga in a chair
  • Anatomy and physiology
  • Hands-on assists and massage
  • Developing a home practice.

Evenings include ceremony, explorations in accessing your inner empath, and yoga nidra. Anticipate music and chanting throughout the week. Everyone is invited, regardless of previous experience with Forrest Yoga. Take this opportunity to connect with the Forrest Yoga community and learn from senior teachers.

Note Bring a journal and drums, flutes, rattles, and noisemakers if you have them.
