A Forrest Yoga Gathering Self-Care Traditions of the Past, Present, and Future

For all levels.

This weekend, come together to honor your ancestors and look at the ways they took care of themselves. Explore the practices you inherited from them and decide what self-care techniques work best for you moving forward.

Forrest Yoga is a healing, all-levels discipline created by Ana Forrest that rests on the pillars of breath, strength, integrity, and spirit. Each morning of this program, you can expect a strong Forrest Yoga asana session. Afternoons are dedicated to workshops on ritual, Ayurveda, ceremony, and self-care. Evenings include pranayama, meditation, and gatherings on the beautiful Kripalu campus—at the lake, around a bonfire, or in the woods.

Everyone is invited, regardless of whether you have previous experience with Forrest Yoga.
