Discover how wonderful meditating can be when it’s done your own way. Meditation is a vast tradition that encompasses many approaches, philosophies, goals, and techniques. Within this wide range of practices, there is space for you to find your natural flow with life. Freestyle Meditation begins with the question “what inspires you to meditate?” and supports you in customizing a practice that fits your unique style and nature.
This program is a mix of instruction, practice, and conversation. In addition to movie nights, the program includes group exercises, philosophy lectures and discussion, sitting, moving, and outdoor meditation, meditation on sound, and deep relaxation.
