What is meditation? How do you do it? And what is the right type for you? These can be challenging questions to answer, because everyone’s lifestyle and experiences are unique. Steven Leonard created Freestyle Meditation to help you answer these questions and create a personal practice you love.

Come explore simple meditation principles and exercises as you discover ways to establish a regular, dynamic practice. Steven offers meditations using movement, sound, nature, sacred texts, deep relaxation techniques, and more. Give yourself permission to follow your personal interests, instincts and rhythms. When you find YOUR way, meditation can feel more natural and satisfying.
