India’s mighty Ganges River streams down from its source in the Himalayan peaks. As Ganga, the river represents the cosmic force of eternal life flowing into the ocean of unified being, offering rejuvenation, abundance, and inspiration. By aligning our energy with Ganga, we learn the power of devotion to clear the inner channels and lift our hearts to the highest.

This retreat with Laura Plumb includes morning yoga, afternoon restorative practices, Ayurvedic insights, Vedic story-telling, self-inquiry, pranayama, mantra, and a closing Soma Circle.
