Ganga Yoga Immersion Embodying the Power of Grace

For all levels.

In yoga, India’s mighty Ganges River, streaming from the peaks of the Himalayas, represents the cosmic force of eternal life, providing rejuvenation, abundance, and inspiration. Laura Plumb offers an immersion in Ganga Yoga, a practice derived from the teachings of Muni Chidanand Saraswati, who sees the Ganges (Ganga) as a shower of heaven’s grace, teaching us to give, serve, and let the heart flow.

Learn to cultivate the essence of yoga and embody the power of life to live the light, love, and beauty you want for the world in this program, which includes

  • Morning yoga and afternoon restorative practices
  • Ayurvedic insights and Vedic storytelling and psychology
  • Pranayama, mantra, and self-inquiry
  • Listening circles, heartfelt dialogue, and chanting
  • Live music with guest musicians Adam Bauer and Christine Mason—beginning with a Wednesday evening concert.

In the Upanishadic transition from external rituals to internal, the great rivers represented the central column within, carrying light to the crown, the ocean of unified being. Laura invites you to learn to “flow like Ganga,” exploring the power of devotion to open your inner channels and lift your energy to the highest.
