GENTLE KRIPALU YOGA CLASS Monday Morning Motivation


Missing live Kripalu Yoga classes with our faculty at the Kripalu Campus? We are, too! 

This January and February, join Kripalu Faculty Michelle Dalbec in her home for a series of Monday morning gentle yoga classes to start your week off right. Savor your practice for an hour while joining a community of other Kripalu Yoga practitioners. 

Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, gentle Kripalu Yoga classes are meditative, fluid, and soothing. Experience slow movements to warm the body and release muscular tension; breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, and simple postures to build stability.

Note This class is part of a series of Monday morning gentle Kripalu Yoga classes in January and February. Individual registration is required for each class. There will be no recordings of the classes.
