Gentle Yoga for Beginners

Rudy Peirce offers a practice that reduces chronic pain and is excellent for low-back pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. Designed for people who wish they could do yoga, but either feel incapable or have never been in a class that works for them, this program includes Rudy’s Dynamic Gentle Yoga, basic pranayama practices, deep healing relaxations, an introduction to meditation, conscious communication exercises, journaling, and small group work.
