Healing the Emotional Body A SomaSoul Workshop

For healing professionals and individuals looking to deepen their personal healing journey.

We all have an emotional body, but where is it? Neuroscience reveals that emotions live within our entire visceral body—within our open-heartedness, our heartbreaks, our knotted stomach, our gut feelings.

Through SomaSoul® explorations, learn to listen to and process undigested emotions as you

  • Engage the right brain via the expressive arts to access your emotional body
  • Translate and transform physical tension into messages that have been locked in your body
  • Heal wounds and defenses that live within your body using mindful, compassionate awareness
  • Develop embodied presence through SomaSoul Somatic Yoga, qigong, and dance.

Gain a fuller sense of aliveness as you feel and express the visceral power within you.

Note Receive 10 percent off the entire series when you sign up for all workshops prior to the first date. Call to register.

This workshop can be taken individually or as part of the SomaSoul: Somatic Therapy Professional Training Program. For more information, visit leveninstitute.com and begin your journey to become a SomaSoul Practitioner or Registered Somatic Movement Therapist.
