It’s often thought that grief lives only in our hearts and minds, but what about the emotions that weigh us down? What about the sadness that gets stuck in our body?  

This November, join Grief Yoga® founder Paul Denniston for a live online evening workshop and learn how to use your grief as fuel for transformative healing. Through guided movement, yoga, breath, and sound, find the time and space to move through your pain and connect to empowerment and love.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, in this program you will  

  • Release anxiety, stress, expectations, and anger 
  • Learn how to flow with your grief and love for transformative healing 
  • Find more balance, physically, and emotionally 
  • Embrace more meaning during the holidays. 

Healing needs movement, and our emotions need motion. 

Note Although not required, it is recommended to have a chair or yoga mat for this program. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends.
