This November, join Executive Chef Jeremy Rock Smith for a two-part online program showcasing crowd-pleasing staples from the Kripalu Kitchen just in time for holiday gatherings. This live cooking demonstration program will cover instructions and tips for preparing unique dishes that will please all diets and eating preferences around your table this season.

The emphasis of this program will be on preparation and pacing for a holiday feast. Please plan to follow along with the recipes so you will be prepared to cook on your own later. Whether you’re making a feast for a crowd, an intimate dinner for two, or taking your dish on the road, Jeremy’s got you covered—so let’s get cooking!
