Hunger, Hope, and Healing Reunion

For women who have participated in prior Hunger, Hope, and Healing programs.

This first-ever reunion of past Hunger, Hope, and Healing (HHH) participants offers nourishing and empathic community to sustain and inspire all stages of recovery from disordered eating and body image challenges. The HHH approach begins with self-nurturing discipline, the art of consistent self-care, and self-respect. Next, it cultivates self-empathy: the tenderhearted, wise responsiveness needed to overcome shame and self-hatred and navigate the hurdles of personal transformation.

Because empathy is best developed in relationship, the group works together to build empathy and launch recovery to its third stage: forgiveness for the pain we’ve been trying to negotiate with our food behaviors, and freedom from self-harm and self-critical talk.

Join this group reunion and embrace the freedom to live your 360-degree life.
