Inspire Your Ideal A Wholebeing Happiness Workshop

For everyone.

Using tools from Positive Psychology, behavioral science, and neuroscience, learn to identify and cultivate your ideal self—the aspirational view you hold of who you want to become. This program helps you

  • Engage and focus your attention, using it to strengthen relationships and enhance your appreciation for life
  • Practice the SPIRE approach to expand your capacity for, and perspective of, wholebeing happiness
  • Experience the power of storytelling and re-storying to understand and live from a strength-based perspective
  • Develop key aspects of your ideal self, exploring how that vision can enrich your daily actions, simplify choices, and lead to greater levels of flourishing.

This program is a companion to Wholebeing Institute’s Introduction to Wholebeing Happiness online course. It is recommended, although not required, that the online course be taken first.

Note Some assignments are required prior to the program. Visit wholebeinginstitute.com for more information. This program is spent together with participants in Learn to Teach the Wholebeing Happiness Workshop.
