This January and February, join Kripalu Faculty Sadia Bruce in her home for a series of Wednesday morning intermediate yoga classes. Explore the balance between effort and ease while strengthening your body alongside a community of other Kripalu Yoga practitioners. Under the expert guidance of Sadia, practice challenging postures at a moderate pace and develop mental focus through meditation and breathing practices. 

The class is ideal for those with an existing practice, though newcomers who feel fit and strong are also welcome. 

Note This class is part of a series of Intermediate Kripalu Yoga classes in January and February. Individual registration is required for each class. There will be no recordings of the classes.
