Bhavani Lorraine Nelson, known for her clear instruction and user-friendly approach, introduces you to meditation techniques from the yogic and Buddhist traditions, including

  • Loving-kindness meditation
  • Walking meditation
  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • Mantra meditation
  • Sanskrit chanting as meditation.
