Jaguar Yoga Teacher Training A Study on Postures and Meridians

Jaguar Yoga, a unique vinyasa practice infused with elements of martial arts, focuses on the meridians and the energy body to boost prana flow and vitality. Join Ray and Nina Crist to study these postures in depth, and gain an understanding of how this practice can bring balance to both the physical and energy bodies and the endocrine system.
