Journey Inward A Yoga Winter Retreat for the New Year

REJUVENATE YOURSELF

“To pay attention, this is our endless and proper work.” —Mary Oliver

Are you ready to turn all of your attention to your well-being? The New Year marks the beginning of a new cycle and is an auspicious time to make changes.

Join experienced yoga and dance teacher Jovinna Chan for a program that invites you to slow down, be intentional with your actions, and transmute whatever beliefs and habits that are no longer serving you. Through meditative yoga practices and more, Jovinna will guide you through the teachings of Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga so you can rebuild your foundation, clarify your direction, and deepen your personal practice.

You will:

  • Learn to manage your stress and anxiety.
  • Revive a sluggish nervous system.
  • Trust your body’s wisdom to heal and guide you.
  • Experience your innate peace and joy.
  • Ignite your passion, creativity, and life's purpose.
  • Expand your understanding of the holistic approach to yoga.

Return home rejuvenated and with insights to make positive and healthy changes to your lifestyle.

NOTE This program is part of Contemplative Week (January 1–5, 2024). All R&R activities will have a meditative and inner-reflective quality suited to starting the New Year from a place of grounded centeredness. All meals will be silent and guests will be encouraged, but not required, to explore silence throughout their stay.
